"If something gives you bad vibes, your intuition is likely right. This is one of those places you should work at as a last resort."
What don't you like about working at AvePoint?
"The culture was non-existent. You are expected to work until you were exhausted, and then you would be asked to work some more. The icing on the cake is that after all of this, management will find a way to spin this to make you believe that there is much room for improvement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Step down, and bring in some fresh perspective to turn around the culture."
