"The culture was non-existent. You are expected to work until you were exhausted, and then you would be asked to work some more. The icing on the cake is that after all of this, management will find a way to spin this to make you believe that there is much room for improvement."

"Step down, and bring in some fresh perspective to turn around the culture."

"If you are starting out your career, you can get some experience here. If you are already experienced, there are many other options out there, especially in the tri-state area."

"Just about everything else. Micromanagement runs rampant, and the organization is top heavy."

"Management was not open minded, and it was being run like a mom and pop shop even though it was a large company"

"Lack of communication between management and employees appreaed to be a recurring issue."

"It was a fast pace environment and a growing company. I was able to wear many hats and expand my knowledge in the sales engineering field. I loved that fact that I was able to play a big part in the development of new products."

"Be a self starter and focus on your personal goals, rather than the company's goals for yourself.When your goals and the company's goals become misaligned then it might be good timing to find other opportunities."

"There are too many corporate politics in the company.There is a career ceiling you will hit with this company that will effect both your working experience and your compensation grade.Technology can be very buggy and in the later years the innovations have declined."

"Treat your employees like people. Work environment could be better and overall work experience can be improved.Offer definitive career paths and growth."
