"Fun company to work for. Great hours, management good at communication, and everyone is friendly. A lot of paid time off and the work isn't too bad."
"I've worked for Avancez for over a year and I enjoy working with the people here. They really take pride in safety practices and have many systems in place to make sure No one gets injured on the job. They keep up to date working equipment and take care of their maintenance department. My only complaint is the amount of money I pay for private insurance, I could pay for a $150k house with what I pay and they're killing me with co-pays."
