"Lack of promotional oppurtunities, promoted customer service, but in the end it wasn't as much for the customer as it was for the company. Even if the customer was right."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"People who deserve to be recognized in each individual store should be. Alot of employers go above and beyond their basic job requirements to ensure the customer gets what they want and need, while keeping the company itself financially positive during every transaction."
