"At face value the work is very interesting and presents a lot of opportunity. However, there are communication challenges that need to be addressed throughout the organization before the effort will be truly successful."
"Positive: The pay is very good. I am allowed to work remote.Negative: In all my previous experience I have had a sense of accomplishment. I do not have that sense currently. Many roadblocks from peers as well as management."

"Over all it was a good company to work for."

"Certain people were treated differently. We were taught to speak our mind and let the leadership team know how we felt until we were honest then we were alienated"

"Understand the needs of your employees. Each employee is different but you have to adjust yourself to each employee and listen to their words and not discount them."
