Autocam Employee

"Worked here for several years. Management has no knowledge of how things run on the shop floor and promotes a very "my way or the highway" attitude, refusing to listen to input from floor employees. They also refuse to spend money on anything, especially non-essential, employee-comfort-related items. While the company advertises that their pay is market value, your pay is based on a 50-hour workweek. In short, you have to work 50 hours to make a market value wage with this company. Overall not a great place to work in my experience."
