What do you like about working at MSX International?
"While working for them, there was great support. I thought I would be there till I retired. I worked with Peter Leger at ADP and liked the way he took care of his employees."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If working on a contract, ask what else would be available if and when the contract ended, keeping in mind that, when a contract ends, you are out of a job, especially in the automotive industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you have hired someone twice, there must be a good reason, i.e., a good employee. Do more to keep good employees who are loyal to MSXI."
