"Trying to help customers see the benefits in selecting Auto One. Helping them understand the benefit of having a policy that covered them, their families and cars. Every car needs coverage, and my job was help them get the most affordable coverage."

"Know that is a fast pace sales job that requires goals to be met every month regardless of the situation."
What don't you like about working at Auto One Warranty?
"I don't think it was fair to put a sales quota in a short period of time that had to be met every month and if it wasn't met you were let go."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change their policy when it comes to the monthly quota. Give each individual a chance to meet their goals. Each individual is different and should not be judge the same."
