"If you love customer service, immediate job satisfaction (and long-term), working for a respectable company (forthright and environmentally conscious) this is a tremendous company to work for. The pay cannot be what it should be, as the company's primary customer base is restaurants (who also cannot charge what they should be charging for what they do.) There are some dirt and risk-averse working conditions, but the company is very thorough in safety and compliance training. For some, your ambition can know no limit, but some positions have almost zero growth potential. The majority of the entire workforce is male, but of many different races, and matches the diversity percentage of applicants. I would never work for a competitor of this company; they are the best in their industry. Most of their faults are not for a lack of trying to do the right thing."

"Nefarious company to job candidates. No real positions available. This is a small company with maybe 5 SSR routes, and they're always hiring for those positions for no good reason other than to bait job candidates into working a day unpaid (10 hrs) to see how they like it. They called it shadowing a route but it's really a way for them to get you to clean their machines while the real route SSR can freely walk around to try to sell their products to managers/owners."

"The company moral is very low. Employee turn over is extensive and the compensation is not consistent ."

"This position comes with a lot of freedom. Their car, their gas and your time. If your numbers are good, There isn't much stress and you can really enjoy yourself out in the field."

"This really isn't a bad job at all. If you can keep your nose clean, actually make your 20 calls a day, and sell. You can make a respectable living here and enjoy at least most of your days."

"Auto-Chlor expects you to make 20 calls a day and document them. This is not always easy in some territories and you find yourself being a nuisance by popping in on the same people week after week, who have no interest. They can become rude to discourage your frequent unwelcome visits."

"My Managers were pretty good. There was an issue with the senior salesperson in Wilsonville being an abusive J.O. to myself and every other salesperson in our state. They really should have controlled him better. A stronger management team would have."
