"Most recently, I have worked at Authentic Brands Groups (ABG) as Senior Counsel, Celebrity & Entertainment. In my role at ABG, I drafted, reviewed and negotiated a high volume of intellectual property licensing, endorsement, and marketing agreements on behalf of ABG’s 50+ brands across our celebrity, entertainment, fashion, and media portfolios. Prior to ABG, I worked as a Business Affairs Executive and In-House Counsel at CAA Sports, where I was exposed to a variety of business, legal and marketing issues. As part of my responsibilities at CAA, I drafted, reviewed and negotiated a wide array of complex commercial agreements (e.g., employment, consulting, broadcasting, marketing and social media, licensing, sponsorship, vendor/event, etc.), as well as legal memoranda with respect to such issues as intellectual property, media and technology, professional sports league rules and drug testing policies and compliance, along with other matters impacting brands and properties, professional athletes, coaches, executives, and sports broadcasters. In addition, I was highly involved in the preparation of several arbitration hearings (e.g., MLB salary arbitration, athlete-agent grievances, etc.)."
