"Back in early oughts, firm was large and well established. Industrial buildings are king."

What do you like about working at The Austin Co.?

"The exposure from small to large projects and type of buildings was given to anyone open to the challenge. The variety of work was awesome and the experience of the staff was the best I have seen. The firm is an A/E so it had engineers and contractors all in the same building."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great place to learn about design build process."

What don't you like about working at The Austin Co.?

"The security of the company was unstable when the aerospace and industrial building types were not being built. Very niche based that makes the firm go through hiring and firing cycles."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needed to expand in to more sectors."
