"When you do the right thing it doesn’t get noticed by your supervisor and they rather protect others that aren’t putting towards the effort of the company other than the ones that bust their tails being the best they can be but I do have the most up respect for Austin company it’s a great company to call home"

"Don't work there anymore. Its was a fairly good place to work. Upper management did not listen to the workforce very well though and made some bad decisions."

"Didn't like Upper management not listening to the workers ideas or input."

"Listen, listen, listen."
"Back in early oughts, firm was large and well established. Industrial buildings are king."
What do you like about working at The Austin Co.?
"The exposure from small to large projects and type of buildings was given to anyone open to the challenge. The variety of work was awesome and the experience of the staff was the best I have seen. The firm is an A/E so it had engineers and contractors all in the same building."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great place to learn about design build process."
What don't you like about working at The Austin Co.?
"The security of the company was unstable when the aerospace and industrial building types were not being built. Very niche based that makes the firm go through hiring and firing cycles."

"Management needed to expand in to more sectors."
