"Be very careful of Aurora's HR department - You can have a legitimate complaint, but they always back their supervisors."

"Micromanagement and a lack of trusting employees as professionals. Poor communication on departmental changes that really matter. The pay scale is poor / you never hit the middle of your pay scale with very small raises."
