Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sure to ask for a manager to mentor you or train you in your first few months."
What don't you like about working at Leaf & Cole?
"Flat management structure. The managers, including myself, were not allowed to manage or supervise junior staff. Each auditor worked pretty much as an individual, rather than as teams. Managers had no authority, everything was reviewed and approved by the partners with very little mid-level authority. With all reporting to the partners, the staff did not feel free to share and interact with each other. In addition, there was very little training in the first few months on the company procedures or software."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow your managers to manage, supervise, train the staff auditors. Provide a more complete new hire orientation. Assign mentors to new hires."

"Good company overall, but limited growth w/o relocation"
What do you like about working at CHAN Healthcare Auditors?
"CHAN allows significant flexibility in work schedule, allowing some limited work from home and off site locations. There is tremendous support and knowledge sharing available and the audit process allows for significant interaction with all levels of the organization, including executives and the Audit Committee."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The interview process depends largely on the local management and the client. There really is not one strategy for interviewing with CHAN."
What don't you like about working at CHAN Healthcare Auditors?
"The work is overly structured in many ways and the audit process can feel confining at times. Also, raises were not great and there is a bonus opportunity; however, it appears to be rather limited to a select few within the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should allow a little more freedom in the audit process. CHAN hires smart people; the firm should allow them more leeway in getting their job done. The audit process is stifling at time. Also, the firm's successes should be shared with more of its employees, at least the ones who exceed their objectives."
