"My position was very challenging and game me some insite on auditing a maunfacturing company, which was totally different from auditing financial institution. No loan portfolio with Sanmina-SCI."

"To be truthful about one's qualification before interviewing for the position."
What don't you like about working at Sanmina-SCI?
"We were always understaffed. We went from 15 auditors to less than five in less than a year. However, we were expected same audit coverage with limited staff. Traveling became more frequent due to undersatff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To maintain adequate staff members for the size of the company in order to maintain quality audit coverage. Continuing education should be part of the growth process for new auditors."
