"Good benefits and great pay. I worked inside and could actually see how the telecommunications system works from a realistic view. Physically working on all types of live telecommunications system and/or equipment."

"Be careful what you ask for if you can not handle stress. The money and benefits are good though. Good luck."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"By company being so big it is easy for management discriminatory practices and harassment. A manager can tell other management members anything they want about you to sway their opinions about you. Playing against union members to discredit, seek and destroy. It all depends on what kind of manager you get."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Some managers in such a big company are not management material and cause necessary stress and uneasiness. Weed out managers who do not benefit the company."

What do you like about working at AT&T?

"I liked the job skills, and training."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Low morale, insufficient managers, unknown future."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs training on the product we are installing."
