"Good teamwork. Some organized fun at work and outings. Fair schedules so it was not a sweat shop atmosphere."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"No telecommute at the time I worked there, and my commute was 1 hour each way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the empahsis on people and not work. The people will be happier and the work will come."
