"It's a decent place to work, but the employee and contractor benefits are lousy."

"Know your technology."

"You have to receive a current supervisor's sign off to move to another department."

"Provide better pay, and remove the stipulation for getting permission to move out of your department in a promotion situation."

"At the end I was traveling weekly for the company and it was not conducive to family life."

"The upper management needs to be a bit more flexible as far as how hard they work their employees."
