"Upper management in the Central Valley (CA) is horrible, especially around the Stockton area. Some of the company direction just isn't working right now."

"Try to invest some money in the development of the managers, and be sure to teach them how to talk to employees."

"It does not afford me nearly enough time to spend with my family. I will be having a child sometime within the next 2 years and I would like a position that will allow me to spend some time with my newborn."

"Get a clue. All the good managers are moving on to companies who appreciate them."
