"AT&T was strictly business, and they had low concern for family or individual care. When I requested to work at home to take care of spouse after brain surgery, I was told no, I could not work at home, and to take personal time to provide required care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Skip level meeting with the rank and file employee. They are the ones that face the customer every day."
