"when it was Ameritech"

"best of luck."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"competency of senior management. SBC culture begot AMeritech, ATT begot SBC. no growth potential. high demands, no respect for employees, SBC/ATT not Ameritech. Ameritech was a good company. my manager BG didn't do a thing and got a patent for my work. don't listen or care to listen to their technical staff. after working on merging 2 companies, 2x into one, they cut employees after integration, work yourself right out of a job. another manager deals on the side with her own contracting firm employing them, takes a cut, just bad practice. ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take an ethics course"
