"Unfortunately, AT&T isn't the company it used to be."

"Treat employees like people, not like children."

"Nice building to work in. Docile, laid-back work environment (most of the time)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You're probably going in as a contractor, and that too, for the lowest salary possible. Take the job, say yes to evereything, and find a proper job while you work with them. You will find the time for a job hunt at this company."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Bottom Feeder organization. Horrible behaviors towards Blacks, Indians and minorities in general. Worse management culture I have ever come across."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace all of them and start anew to get a positive sincere culture put in place. I am told that when the company was SBC, the sort of under-handed behavior I witnessed was not possible."

"I like not being micro managed."

"Not having the power to ensure tasks that were completed by the resources provided. Upper management had no clue on what you were working on and really did not care."

"To have an org chart that illustrated who was reporting to whom and their expertise and ownership."
