"Don't do it! They will suck your soul out of you, literally. Not even for the money, it just isn't worth the damage it will do to your spirit."

"None of those good, hard-working professionals are respected and permitted to use their vast skills to improve a company that has narrowed its focus to the bottom line under the current SBC management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rethink your purpose and see that a business must focus on all stakeholders (customers, employees, vendors, AND shareholders) to thrive. Narrowing your focus to just shareholders will ultimately displease them the most when the company burns its relationships with the other three and profits fall flat. This has nothing to do with the economy and has everything to do with respect. Use the resources you have available; let the highly skilled workforce do more than just what you tell them to do."
