"They are getting too bogged down with process while not having enough processes that work. Process is actually getting in the way of actually getting the work done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on process and pay attention to their actual employees vs. paying too much attention to vendors that cost more and yet do the same job as the internal team."
