"Don't bother unless you don't have career intentions."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The management didn't protect us when the company was sold to Cingular and a lot of us were laid off with little thought. We did get a somewhat decent severance but it in no way made up for the loss of an outstanding job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at what you have and don't overlook a great staff in order to make a nice budget spreadsheet."
