"AT&T is a great company to work and learn. The customer is the focus and should be treated like family. However, keep your eye on your work and personal life balance."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"The lack of balancing work and personal life. I worked 70 to 80 hour work weeks, and more during the holiday periods or new iPhone launch."

"Goals can be achieved if your subordinates or colleagues are happy with the balancing act of personal life to work life."

"There wasn't much to like."

"It's fine if you're looking for a place to spend a couple of years and get a Fortune 500 company on your resume. Either way, know that they're like anyone else now and they typically don't pay well. If you want to make a lot of money, go elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"My father worked for The Company for almost 40 years, it used to be a place for a lifetime career but now they're just another job."
