"I worked at ATPCO for a few years. Management team is micromanagement at it's finest. Senior managers leave little space to get the work done, and then change how tasks are done, re-prioritize constantly and then expect tasks done immediately. there is little time to strategic plan. Almost everything is tactical with the plan to go back and fix later, but later never comes. Which then Sr Management then blames the underlings for issues or poor plans. IT wise, the managers are dangerous to the company."
