"I worked a lot of overtime in addition to the $40,000 offered at employment because I needed the money. I came in early, got up at 3:45 AM on many days to work extra hours and was still treated with disrespect and worked for a jerk and threatened to quit and was fired."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be nicer to employees and don't leave them wondering what to do or how to do it or be so hard on them."
