"Great product, awesome market and relatively easy sale but extremely poorly managed. The "President" of the company is completely out of her depth. She is a very jealous, petty and spiteful individual who takes out her frustration and chips on her shoulder out on her employees. She typically has one or two people that she is targeting at any one given time and she makes their lives hell. She is basically a bully. This company could be twice or three times the size but every time it starts to become more successful the company President shoots herself in the foot. She greatly resents the whole sales staff for the expense it incurs while overlooking the revenue they generate."

"Don't believe some of the positive reviews you see about this company. They were written by those running the place. There is zero opportunity for advancement and the management is extremely difficult to work with. Raises are almost non-existent. The "benefits" that are offered are a joke. Most employees cannot afford the health benefits and there are no STD, LTD, Vision or Life Insurance programs. The dictator-like atmosphere is difficult at best. Stringent is an understatement."
