"Get your foot in the door and opportunities to transfer to other areas will come along every 3-4 years."

"An old established company with its sites set on mass producing special metal for an industry that does not require mass amounts."

"Open the door for more opportunities by accepting special orders that made the company great many years ago."

"If you really want to work at Wah - you should try and get an engineering job. The business positions are terrible. Try and reference someone that already works there."

What don't you like about working at ATI Wah Chang?

"1) I had worst boss ever. Do not work for this woman. She has zero education and a horrible temper. 2) The pay is horrible3) The working environment is a disaster4) This is not a sales position. You will at best be a customer service rep. 5) It is difficult to advance unless someone more advanced - quits, dies or gets fired."
