ATI Physical Therapy Employee

"While ATI Physical Therapy is a great place to receive personalized physical therapy, or occupational therapy, the recent change of the company going public has drastically shifted the work culture from when I first started. Several positions had been removed from the company as a means of cutting costs and slashing the budget in order to look good from a fiscal standpoint, however the employees and clinicians at the direct clinic level have had to pick up the responsibilities of these cut positions without being properly compensated for it. Many times, the clinics have been understaffed and employees of all positions have had to "float" to different clinics in order to help based on patient caseload, and this is variable day-to-day. If more employees were brought on in order to properly tackle the workload that is present, ATI would be a much more enjoyable place to work. That said, working with people from all walks of life on a daily basis has been an absolute thrill, and seeing a patient through their plan of care in order to help them achieve their health goals is always rewarding!"

"I’ve worked for ATI for a year now. It’s a great company to work for and they truly care about their employees’ wellbeing. They handled the recent curveballs due to COVID-19 well and have kept in contact with employees affected directly by the pandemic. I’ve appreciated my time working for the company and the influence and guidance my leaders have provided."

"ATI is an excellent company with vast resources and fantastic people to work with. At the same time, they are growing much faster than the leadership is able to effectively manage, and I have personally experienced a vacuum of leadership. To their credit they kept all of their promises when acquiring the company I was with, however, my career was soaring with the previous company and the ATI acquisition has taken my career one step back rather than forward."
