"ATSU is a good company to work for but the pay is low and unfortunately some people are allowed to continue on their reign of terror abusing staff and students alike. I am the third individual for the same position in 6 months and I have been there 3 of the 6 months. Fix the problem!"

What do you like about working at A.T. Still University?

"The cameraderie and support is so empowering, and makes me want to continuously support so I don't let folks that have entrusted me with this position down."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Research the culture of the department you're interviewing for. Most of the schools at the university are run quite well and have a very empowering, egalitarian management style, but there are some that are still locked into that good-ol-boy mentality and it shows in the their ability (or lack thereof) to handle problems."

What don't you like about working at A.T. Still University?

"Our facilities are too small for what we're doing, but it seems like the other campus is still the financial priority when it comes to expansion (even though we have more programs and more students)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To find a way to universitize the budget and allocate funds per campus per student rather than keeping it strictly on the campus where alums graduated."
