"The company views there employees as a number and creates high turn over which can be avoided. I can state more but I rather not. it's one of the companies I would not like to return to once I leave."

"BS goes a long way; they don't interview well at all so it should be a breeze if you've got some conversation skills"

"inexperienced management (industry, general skills); lack of understanding of impact on employees lives (hire/layoff carelessly); they hire and promote friends without experience and promote men primarily"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"hire some with experience and not friends"
