2.5I have been in my present position for eight years and found the company to be very weak in supporting its consultants. The expectations one is expected to meet are high while the support and compensation are low. I have also experienced a lack of communication between the managers and the employees. I gave the CEO a positive rating as I believe these issues exist in the local office only.

Upon exit they treated someone who literally bled for them and demonstrated numerous acts of on-point strategic insights, creative passion and brilliance (he said humbly), kindness and self-sacrifice worst than a common criminal.
