"Be honest with yourself and the people that you are interviewing. If you do not know how to do something say that. Don't dance around the answer."

"The culture of what IT is to the business is not recognized from the top level of management down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would ask every person to understand who their customer is. I would have the CIO report to the president of the company."
