"get a feel for the dynamics of the office you'll be located at. Each sales office has a different personality."

What don't you like about working at Assurant?

"Management was pretty lacking; not extremely supportive or helpful; hated that I didn't get to travel enough to build the face-to-face relationships that would've made me prosper better as a salesperson."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Needs to be more supportive of employees and really care about them as people and many times seemed very disconnected from reality of the marketplace. Too many companies don't make the personal investment in their employees that they should. If your employees feel a company cares about them, they will care about the company much more."
