"I have worked for Assurance for almost a year and have really enjoyed my experience. The company leadership is made up of some of the most brilliant minds in the tech industry and are constantly looking to be collaborative and innovative. This company has a very special culture and is focused on making the insurance industry more customer centric."

Customer Service Specialist

"Assurance hires you under a 1099. They pay through Zelle, I’ve never had an issue getting my payment. Only trouble is they don’t have good leads. The people we are calling half the time didn’t realized we would be calling. Or are so overwhelmed as they have up to 13 companies calling them all day long. Every now and then you’ll get someone who is actually interested and expected the calls. You don’t get paid unless you talk to ppl to a certain time. Or transfer them. The money can add up quick. But over the past month I have been waiting 10-15 mins for a call, just to get yelled at for calling and hung up on.. zero pay.. But before this the calls were coming fast and nonstop. You can make $40 an hour but you can also sit for 3 hours and not even make $5. Great company. Great management. But not consistent enough for me."

"The Assurance IQ company's Assurance Guide job enabled me to work as an Independent Contractor on a flexible schedule which billable commission payments are paid promptly every work day. However, there are several chances of having conversations with angry customers due to receiving unscheduled or unwanted automatic callbacks."

"I've worked with Assurance since 2019 and find that they have adopted modern technologies like AI that streamline the sales process in the insurance industry. They promote a culture of autonomy, which means you decide how successful you want to be, no quotas only good tips and suggestions on what creates the elements of success."

"I have worked with my company for over a year already and I have found it to be the most amazing and laid back job I have ever had. I have learned to overcome objections, how to strive for company success by putting my 200% and to never settle for a No. I love working with people, creative and building new relationships and engaging with customers that are looking for our assistance in making the best decision for themselves, family and friends."
