"At that time, there were no women in upper management, or on the board. It was very unlikely that I would be promoted. There was also no incentive for employees to improve their education or training; either through reimbursement or promotion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A more progressive program that encouraged employee involvement and communication would have helped the company retain valuable employees and also offer a incentive to qualified job candidates."
