"The culture is one of the best I have ever worked at."

"I would say relax. The company is very casual and laid back so you should relax and picture yourself in the company."
What don't you like about working at CBS Broadcasting?
"I do not like the way that the company is set up, it is obscure who reports to whom and the chain of command is convoluted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make cuts from the top down to save the company money."

"There is really nothing to dislike about working at CBSi. They have a great environment and culture."

"My manager was a great manager. I would say to upper management that it is not all about the budget sheet. Sometimes it is more important to have good employees."

"The hours were very flexible, I can whenever I want."

"Be prepared to hear lots of yelling and to do tedious work."

"The company's direction seems abysmal and thus makes me feel like the work I do is useless."

"It may do better to have a more clearly defined direction."
