"It was a very laid back and care free atmosphere."

"Stay away if you can. they're a decent company but you don't want to get caught up in the ePrize atmosphere."

"It was too much clique-ness for me. If you didn't know the right people, you were out."

"Management could have come in more and helped out but they didn't."

"There are several different technologies being utilized within various projects."

"The company as a whole seems good but this doesn't account for the projects that you get staffed on. Been on several projects where the majority of my team was contracted out from various companies. So do not expect to just be working with Accenture folks."
What don't you like about working at Accenture?
"Seems very political, you get placed on projects that are not a good match, keep you on the project even through the leads see you struggling or hate the work."

"Dress nicely, don't be afraid to ask questions and show genuine enthusiasm during the interview."

"On a number of projects I was involved in, a different person got all the credit for work we all did as a team."

"Its place to do work where you will hardly get a chance to learn new things.Only the thing matter here is 'Get the work done as of now,we will do new things later on'."
What don't you like about working at Techinvest?
"Each one employee has his ups & down but still employer is not considering this fact.They are doing some cheap business from us & hence offering less salary.Overall they are not seems be ambitious enough.Employees are not happy with decision taken by them from time to time.Can't have faith on them since financial situations are not good"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I will plan for next five years very well by estimating my current projects as well as pipe-lining projects & check whether my current resources will do that or need to add more to achieve it.I will take care of current resources and encourage them"
