"The experience of being a merchant's merchant. Having hands on involvement with in-stock position, order fill rates and statistical analysis."

"This is definately a place to grow as a manager. It is intense and at the very least will give you a clear understanding of your own managerial style and ethics"

"Thankless job. Very labor intensive with unreasonable standards (IE: Memorization of sku's by micro-season!)"

"Work on your legacy. Turnover is every employers opportunity. A true test of managerial skill is what you can do with the people you have."

"At the time of my employment, they were very tech heavy in their product offerings. They had an interesting customer mix."

"District managers and select corporate staff lacked professionalism to the point of having to obtain legal advice on the matter."

"Your personal matters away from work should NEVER affect how you run a business."

"I was originally with Associates Financial Services, then was eventually bought out by Citi. I had a lot of growth opportunities for the most part."
What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?
"I ran out of opportunities, was working as a supervisor in a call center."
