What do you like about working at ULTA Beauty?
"The discount and the end of my shift. Some of the store associates."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just don't do it. There are better careers. They make this job sound so great during the interview process but do not fall for it. Smoke and mirrors. Run for the hills! There are no suggestions just be the right person on the right day."
What don't you like about working at ULTA Beauty?
"Doesn't value their employees.The district Manager is a complete tyrant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Value your employees. If you preach customer service give us the tools to make it happen. Give us hours to service the guest. Keep our store stocked. Hire management more carefully, don't just go with the lowest bidder. Trust the people who've been with you and they will trust you."
What do you like about working at MPI Research?
"I enjoy the diversity of the work, including clients. Clients are from Pharmaceutical, biotech and research backgrounds."

"No, I do not have any tips for interviewing at MPI other than just be yourself."
What don't you like about working at MPI Research?
"Our site in State College is very small and sometimes we feel disconnected from headquarters in MI."

"Suggestions would include better communication, especially since we are a satellite campus."

"I was hired by Schering-Plough. They merged with Merck."
What do you like about working at Merck?
"Free atmosphere. Able to complete task without supervision. Some tasks were scripted to that they were completed the same way."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get used to only being able to talk to anyone in your group, not in other groups."
What don't you like about working at Merck?
"Silos with Merck. Schering was open to working across teams."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the silos. Let teams work horizontally, not vertically."
What do you like about working at Lacoste?
"The company took care of their employees, the management teams kept a good eye on their employees."

"The company's style is classy and sophisticated. When you interview with them be just that, they want employees who will wear and show off their apparel."
What don't you like about working at Lacoste?
"The company is very harsh when it comes to hiring back employees. I believe if they had a good employees who left on good terms, hiring them back should be easier."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look more into the employees they hire and where they live. Many times, especially in outlets only curtain employees got hours while others did not."

"Politics of suppressing others without knowing that it will affect themselves"

"To provide proper Medical facilities available for Employees and their family"

"I get to work with people. Seeing people smile because you were able to help them is a huge plus."

"Negotiate for everything. Don't just take what they're offering. If you have good reason and can back it up, they can do it."

"How little control I have. There is no grey area. If something is done different, it is wrong."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do more for associates. New associates don't have any sick or personnal time, or profit sharing and can only get 25 cents more than minimum wage."

"The customers. I loved satisfying my customers. I love how happy they were as soon as they leave the restaurant. My team and also my General manager was a fantastic inspirational leader."

"Yes. Be ready to be comprehensive and be articulate. It really is a straight forward interview and no cutting corners."
What don't you like about working at Jason's Deli?
"Nothing. It was a round ball. I was in my element working for the company. It's so many great things, I can't fault them for nothing."

"Management was really great. I don't know how they can get any better because they are at perfection standard."

"It's not something to do for a career. Impatient and demanding bosses, corporate pressure and an overall depressing work environment"

"Focus more on the staff, a lot better communication and people skills. All the focus is on numbers and the employee is often overlooked in search of a profit. Better pay for management and staff as well."

"be ready to work 70 hr work weeks and all holidavys thety are not closed for christmas nor thanksgiving"
