"Sometimes there are attitudes with other employees that clash with mine, and cause gossip or discussions, every once in a while, but I would imagine this happens at all work places. Also, the growth of the firm is a little aggressive right now, but that is also good for advancement. I am expected to learn law and work on legal issues that I have no previous experience in, but I am given the tools and direction to do the task."
