"I work with residents to help them live independently. I help cook meals take them into the community, whether it's the mall, doctors appointment, etc."

"Don't be nervous while you are interviewing. You will do fine."

What don't you like about working at Lake Owasso Residence?

"I don't always like working nights. I also would like a job that I could support myself on better and I am not able to do that working here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If management expects that the people who work in the house should take a pay cut to save money, then management should be willing to also take some cuts also."
