"I like working with time sensative freight, I like to have deadlines, I like going above and beyond while at work. That's what I like about working at Forward Air, that's what is required of you in order to be an successful Warehouse Manager at Forward Air."

"Working 18hrs day's can be very stressful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As a manager, you should alway's follow and inforce policy's and procedures of any company that you are working for. Alway's remember safety is first."

"When in business Heilig-Meyers was just O.K. to work for"
What do you like about working at Heilig-Meyers?
"I enjoyed the people and the freedom to run the warehouse the way me and the manager felt like it needed to be run without interference from above and we created a sound system for the staff and ourselves to serve the customer quickly and efficiently."
What don't you like about working at Heilig-Meyers?
"It's out of business. When I was there they were slowly closing stores nationwide. I worked until after the Hillsboro store closed and helped move the remaining inventory to the Chillicothe store. Which is also now closed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't give credit to just anyone who asks for it which is what led to their downfall."
What do you like about working at Sears?
"I liked the company vehicle and my great boss."

"It is a great job if you're in college."

"I didn't like the pay."

"I would suggest more money for employees."
