"I enjoy HVAC very much, but it is hard on my body. Climbing ladders, working in attics where it can be extremely hot during the summer, and working outside with my hands tends to beat me up a bit. I would like to find a job that can be physically challenging but doesn't beat me up as much. I am a professional and would prefer to be in a suit versus dickies work clothing."

"I enjoy the work experience and the environment around me. Everyone has good work ethic which motivates me to learn and do well."

"I honestly don't have any negatives about the company in general."

"The management staff is doing an excellent job at this company."

"I suggest to management to keep doing what they do best. The management team is very good."

"The managers were not so eager to assist me in training on the ladder."

"Try to get more organized as I felt clueless quite often about what to do."
