Submit a Review"I love everything about the company, I wouldn't say I hate anything about it. The only thing I could say is that if they had the budget to increase salaries it would be amazing but I know they don't so they try to compensate for it in other ways which makes it ok. I love their flexibility, humor, events and positive energy"
"I often have to back up the supervisor during meetings, conference calls and sometimes e-mail composition."
"I love making signs. It was never a job requirement of mine, but I did it because I enjoyed it. Other departments came to me to help them make sign all the time. However, upper management started coming to me last minute asking to make signs when I had multiple other things to do that were actually required from my job description. It became even more frustrating when they didn't provide me with good equipment to do my work well. There is also a serious lack of communication between departments."
"I loved the hours and the people, also the challenge it brought every day."
"The skills and knowledge I have gained while at Never Summer Industries will be with me forever. I have increased my skill set in many different ways by learning every aspect of manufacturing."
"The pay is $22,000/year plus overtime for me. What I don't like about it is when I don't have nothing to do it gets boring. So, I just find something to do, like take the trash out or help somebody else with their area."
