"The opportunity I had to expand my experiences in the area.I was excited to know that previous experiences helped me to accomplish the daily task I had to do daily."

"There are several portfolios managed by John Stewart, so unfortunately I was challenged with some tough ones. In a way I was glad to know that side of the business.You should always be ready to deal with tough clients, tenants and sometime bosses. But this was an opportunity for me to show my customer services skills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Though, the pressure to report to superiors in the company is sometimes challenging,when you know you have met the job deadline,it is always rewarding to be acknowledged for the work.It gives you a feeling of accomplishment."

What don't you like about working at Bartlein & Co.?
"Low pay, no benefits, lazy employees, heavy smokers, upper management work on crossword puzzles instead of working and the VP says it's ok. The supervisor never wants to answer her phone and she makes excuses when you try to give her a calls, employees are related to each other and are very rude to outsiders. They backstab constantly and are always whispering. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The Owner has no clue whats really happening there since he's out in Santa Barbara. They spend alot of their time shopping through Avon catalogs and modeling clothes in the office. They look through your personal belongings such as your purse. Should I say more"

"Replace upper management."

"They have alot of office politics and make it hard for anyone that is not into playing the game."

"Listen to the onsite staff. some of your managers are useless."

"I really liked working for them. If the economy hadn't crashed, I'd still be there."

"I think they are a great company to work for. Everyone at the corporate office was very nice and professional. They are a very good company and hopefully they will bounce back."
What don't you like about working at CBL & Associates Properties?
"They should have gotten rid of the people who weren't doing anything to advance the company's bottom line. I really feel they let the best and the brightest go and kept the status quo employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would tell them that the mall is lead by trends and don't let your long-time mall managers sit in their office and act like they can just ride it out. We knew we were headed for a bad time with our local economy taking a nose-dive because we are so dependent on the car industry and I would give suggestions to go after the people who were taking buyouts from GM and try to get them to start small business in the mall and they wouldn't even consider the possibilities."

"Employees were related, no benefits & low pay."

"They should return their phone calls more often. They should review their employees so employees know where they stand and communicate how the number of vacations days or days off a employee has."

"There is not a lot of growth potential. Many Managers have been there 15+ years so there is no movement. The pay is not what I wanted. I wanted to make more"
