"The provost and deans appear to be in a constant war with the faculty. The provost feels that he can randomly fire people. The firings do not appear to be tied to performance in any way: 1) teaching performance 2) external funding 3) publications"

"To reduce workload for faculty. I had to teach four courses in a semester that is too much. I taguht 4 credit hours twice a week in the evening from 6.00 pm-10.00pm"
