What do you like about working at Nicholson Kovac?
"I really loved the team that I worked with. I believe that work should be an enjoyable place you get up happy everyday to go to and this was one of those places."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I feel that this is great place for someone to get experience, so take advantage of the opportunity. In addition, it is a B2B agency, so take advantage of that aspect as well."
What don't you like about working at Nicholson Kovac?
"I felt that I was not going to be able to receive the career advancement that I would ideally like for my professional career."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is a great place for a beginning in an Advertising setting, but again for the long term, NK did not seem like the place it could be done and I feel that management should concentrate on turning that feeling around."
